You can visit the public parts of our site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information.

Early Capital will share non-public information on business proposals exclusively with its broker-dealer affiliate. If the intellectual property of your company is unsecured, we recommend you retain the appropriate legal counsel to secure the intellectual property.

The Investor Login area is for members only and is password-protected. Investor Members will have additional privacy information detailed in their agreements with Early Capital. Early Capital agrees to never sell, rent, or loan our membership lists to outside firms. All submitted information is treated as confidential by Early Capital, staff, affiliates, and advisors. We never share the information gathered in the application process to anyone outside Early Capital and affiliate broker-dealer without explicit permission.

All investor information is treated with absolute confidentiality. Early Capital has taken extensive measures to protect investor's confidentiality. As a result, Early Capital operates two separate computer systems: an internal network and a conventional Internet-based network for all other uses. Early Capital's internal network, that contains investor information, is physically disconnected from the Internet to mitigate any potential security breaches.

Individuals ordering services from our site that have any security concerns regarding credit card information over the Internet are welcome to use an alternative method of ordering: phone, fax, or post mail.

Please bring to our attention any instance where you feel our policies or an individual's privacy have been violated.
